The concierge, Iqbal, was so helpful when my plane was delayed and I had to cancel my tour. He made sure I still got to see the sights by recommending and procuring me a ticket for the KL Hop on - Hop off bus which was a perfect way to see the city. I also recommend this hotel for its large room and amenities. There was a scale in my room! So nice to have.
