The apartment goes full depth of the property so good sized rooms, Blockout on the kitchen windows needs improvement as the security lights penetrated all night. "My family loves this unit, especially my 12yo girl. She loves the vibes and design. Though it's not very spacious, but big enough for three of us. Unit is well-equipped too, with cooking utensils, shower gel and shampoo, clean towels, washing machine... And alot more 🙂 Dennis was very kind to bring over an umbrella for this rainy seasons. He gave very clear instructions and directions to get into the unit too, so both check-in and out, were smooth and easy. P/S : various New Year's Countdown...

"I am glad that i got to stay in this apartment when i am in Penang with family. The unit is unique, clean and modern looking. All of our family members enjoy the stay here. When we left Penang, we have accidentally left a bag in the apartment. The owner has let us known and go above and beyond to help sending the bag back to us, greatly appreciated! "Great place to stay! Steps away from the beach. Loved the pool with kids pool being a bonus. Having a wide selection of TV channels was great. Watched some Olympics. Plenty of dining options available with the night market being our favorite choice. The bus stop to Georgetown and other attractions right in front. Would recommend!"

"If you stay here, you must book a sea view balcony room….the ocean view day and night is beautiful…since it’s on a public beach, you sometimes get firework show from the locals too. The bed is so comfortable and enough room to sleep three. We had minor problems with a clogged sink and a broken shampoo dispenser but that was quickly resolved once we notified housekeeping (A on the response and even tidied up our bed). The infinity pool and children’s pool kept everyone very happy and cool. ...

Excellent option for those who are not vegetarians

"We stayed in Rasaya wing, as we always go for a suite. The room size, layout, the ambience everything was perfect. The access to the lounge was a bonus that we didn’t expect. The staff were fantastic. The only downside was the quality of the vegetarian options. What we ordered for in room dining was totally unpalatable even with hungry stomach. Looks like they have no idea about vegetarian cooking. I did speak to the Chef and the manager about this. Because we would like revisit this property for a longer duration. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the E&O hotel, the surroundings were lovely and it had such an old school luxury charm. All dining areas were lovely and the club lounge for cocktail hour added something extra special. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I would recommend this to anyone who would like to stay in a hotel with such history and good service. "
