"We had a wonderful stay at Paya Bunga. One of its standout features is its incredibly convenient location. Situated right in the heart of the city, the hotel is close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating."

"The room, unfortunately, got downgraded from what I've booked a week before my stay. Was promised to refund but haven't done it yet"

"All is good except the parking. There are only 2 parking space for the entire hotel. The rest have to park at the public parking area. If stay on normal days, have to worry about paying the public parking charges per hour from 8am to 5pm, except weekend and public holiday."

"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."
