"ive been coming here every year for the 9th year now, the room and private pool is so convenient for a lazy holiday target. breakfast was nice. staff was very helpful and always available for you when you call the lobby for assistance even at night"

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. At one point, somebody opened our door, but couldn’t get in because of the lock chain. I assume that was the cleaning staff. They could have knocked. I’m not disappointed. It was very cheap accommodation, so I wasn’t expecting much. "
