"It was quite dissapointing that we were late for check-in, but there was not anyone from hotel staff that would have contacted us to keep in the touch. In fact, when we were about an hour journey to arrive at the hotel, the receptionist called to let us know that she'll be out of shift soon and will just leave the room key by the reception counter. I find this very rude as a customer to be treated this way. The hotel management itself should have a replacement staff for the shift changing time...

"Overall the hotel is clean and tidy. Is just the shower water heater is out. The hotel is near to housing so is quiet and relax. Hotel provided local breakfast 'nasi lemak' which is delicious we enjoyed the breakfast at open area next to the hotel. Great stay. "

"Its a dead town..nothing special. No one goes to islands. Hotel is totally rundown. Bed, bath and room is bad. Room grown with spider web, lizards nest and ants nest. Have not seen cockroach yet. Reception is quite friendly though. Hotels.com info is absolutely outdated. Used to be a transit hotel for those going to/from the islands"

"The hotel is undergoing major renovations (installing new lifts and other works) so is noisy and a little untidy. The bathrooms are not very clean - there is mould and soap scum build up. The toilet seat in our bathroom was the wrong size so will shift when used (and give you a shock). If you have your own transport then the next issue does not arise. If you need a taxi you need to book in advance (the day before). There is a new shopping centre (Mydin) nearby and there are other shops within...

"Updated - 15/10/2024 *Cons* Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task. Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back. Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...

"Overall was satisfactory and comfortable. Room specious.. Frendly and fast check-in Location town center , with free parking and nearby to allmost all amenities, shops, restaurant etc within short walking distance. Highly recomend to stay. Disatisfaction - bathroom light very dim and rather dark.During booking was made Hotel,com mention Wifi service available on the premise, but it was the otherwise upon check-in"

Nevertheless, bedsheets were changed the next day when requested. My shirt went missing after housekeeping. They were not able to trace it and I had to let go. Facilities include water dispensers and a 24-hour eating/shopping area for simple meals and snacks."

GOOD STAY AT KOTA BAHRU KELANTAN

We need clean it before use at convenienced. *Pros* Cozy bedroom and mattress. Spacious and beautiful living area. Good utensils and kitchen appliances prepared. Really convenience for guest. Natural environment in-house and cozy furniture provided. Really gave feeling such in guest own house. Got additional service such washer machine and fridge for guest, really outstanding value added service by owner. Excellent👍"
