"Marina at the front desk as extremely helpful. She allowed me to check in very early. Held my bags provided restuarant and food suggestions and was very helpful for anything I needed through my 3 night stay. The location of the hotel is top notch as well. I highly recommned and would stay again."

"I really liked this hotel - decent sized room, good location (close to Metro) and decent breakfast. Bathroom was good and service was reasonable. Price was on the higher end but that was due to a large conference in Berlin during the visit. Close to a several shops and restaurants. "

Having a kitchen to use was great but we would’ve loved to have a microwave too and dishwasher would’ve been amazing. I did like that there is a laundry room you can use for free (byo detergent). "About 3 mins walk to Europa centre, about 12 mins walk to KaDeWe department store and various restaurants. Staff are prompt and professional. Below average breakfast; poor choice of menu, subpar quality breads and lack of potatoes and sausages. It should be a crime to charge 25 EUR per person for that. Do not drink water prepared in rooms unless you are member of hotel chain or they'll charge you 4.5 EUR for each bottle. "
