"Then staff was extremely helpful and kind. The welcome that we received during check in was a great and unique experience. The room we booked "botan" was very spacious, clean and had a small garden path to our private onsen. We would definitely be coming back again."

"二人で行くのにベストな、宿です。ご主人と若女将が、気が利いていい気分で、宿泊できました。料理も、美味くて、ヘルシーなメニューで、美味しくいただきました。地酒も美味く　くつろげる宿です。大山の参道もいい雰囲気で、身体が、洗われました。また　行きます。^ - ^"

"お部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。トイレは共同でした。温泉でしっかりあったまって朝まで熟睡でしたが、やはり寒い時期はトイレが部屋にあった方が良いかな～。源泉掛け流しの温泉はサイコーでした。朝起床してすぐに入浴、朝食後にももう一度入浴。是非ともリピートで伺いたいと思っています。"

"Awkward stairs to carry luggage getting to the hotel. Taxis are not familiar with location. The taxi dropped us off at the station and there was no ramp to pull our luggage. "
