"Overall a nice Onsen hotel located on the top of the hill. Will be tough if u dun drive. We arrived after last light and it is very dark as there’s no lights going up. But it is still ok. The staff at reception was very helpful to assist in calling a nearby restaurant to check if there’re open for dinner. "

The management had already found us accommodation 500m away in a nice hotel, the price was the same and they catered for our dietary requirements at very short notice. "Standard onsen hotel with no surprise. The indoor onsen is a bit disappointing. The rooftop outdoor onsen is more attractive but is available at limited time of the day. As such, I prefer to visit the public spa which is free and 2 min walk from the hotel. Meals are standard and the biggest compliments should go to the friendly staff. Room is spacious and tidy."
