"This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

"The team at W15 deserves a big compliment for making our stay a memorable one. The team, especially our butler Mr Silva, went above the ordinary course of business, to make us feel comfortable as well as relaxed. Sadly the weather was not helping us much. But we did not forget to enjoy the free jeep ride into the woods as well. If I am to point out a drawback, that would be the food. Overall the food was excellent. "This hotel is a great choice for a short stopover. All staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are comfortable with a huge bathroom , which is well kitted out with amenities. The only downside is the air conditioning unit which is very loud. Breakfasts are varied and dinners are tasty. "

The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly! "Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "
