"This is in a beautiful location! High up in the hills. The hotel is lovely. We arrived and waited for an hour or so. It seemsd abandoned and the telephone number was out of order. So we decided to leave and walk down the hill to find another hotel. So lucky for us we asked a man if he had a tuktuk and it turned out he worked at the hotel sometimes so took us back. Indika was incredile. He looked after us from start to finish. Made sure our rooms were kovely and clean. Brought us refreshments....

"This place is amazing, the service was exceptional from arrival to departure, staff are very helpful and pleasant. We had Chulan who looked after us during our stay and was very attentive and helpful. This place is old charm but with modern day facilities. The food was excellent with good choices for both breakfast and dinner. I would truly recommend this bungalow if you are ever going to Kandy. "

"We had a suite which was great. Strange to have a dining table instead of proper seating area. If this was changed it would have been even greater. Dinner was OK but nothing to write home about. Breakfast was better. Dining area felt a bit like a school dinner hall. The staff were very helpful. Can get a bit noisy when the wind blows from the east. Rattles the large glass doors. Apart from that we would come back. The pool is good but loungers are limited. Gets busy about 4pm. "

"The team at W15 deserves a big compliment for making our stay a memorable one. The team, especially our butler Mr Silva, went above the ordinary course of business, to make us feel comfortable as well as relaxed. Sadly the weather was not helping us much. The building, which has been beautifully restored and appointed, sits in arguably the best location above Kandy and the warm and elegant hospitality was memorable. We cannot recommend more highly! "Good clean property with decent air con, and very helpful staff. Great location in Kandy close to main attractions. Quality of hotel quite basic but good given the budget price, didn’t have any food so can’t comment on this. Would go back again especially if wanting a more budget option in Kandy. "

"We only had one night in Kandy on this trip. The Radh is positioned within a couple of minutes walk of the sacred tooth temple and so was ideal. The staff were all very.pleasent and helpful, right from check-in until we checked out. The rooms and facilities were great. Shame we didnt have longer to enjoy this wonderful hotel. "
