"Nice hotel attached to a work office building. Lobby had no windows but the rooms had amazing view of the castle. 10 mins taxi from the station "

"Staff were friendly but not informative. They didn’t inform us about the amenities to use for the onsen. Onsen too cramp and products offer are limited. No socks provided in the room too. We booked half board but was told it’s room only. The hot water takes 5 mins to come out. View is beautiful "

"Conveniently located within walking distance from JR Wakayama and in front of the bus station, hotel is well situated for travelling to other parts of Wakayama or within the city. Hotel is pretty old and rooms are small sized. Bathroom is pretty compact which is typical of Japanese hotels. Do not get a room near the lift as walls are thin and can hear the lift moving up and down. Rooms are actually quite dusty as there were visible dust balls on the tea packets. "Amazing hotel with an even better view. I had a superb view of Wakayama’s castle straight from my hotel room. Of course the staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is brilliant although it is about a 15-20 minute walk to one of the two close by train stations. I would strongly recommend this hotel for the view! "

"The location is perfect for getting around town, there’s a bus right in front of the hotel, the rooms have everything you need minus a microwave, but there is one on the 7 floor for use. Room cleaning is every 3 days. Overall no issues"

"The staff were very kind and looked after my luggage as I arrived in Wakayama early. The hotel is very close to Wakayamashi station and easy to find. It is also close to the castle and other tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good, and the hotel has rental bicycles which were only 100 Yen which was cheap and convenient. The hotel seems like it needs to be updated as it looks a bit old in places, however it was very clean. It was very good value."

"Great hotel near Kansai airport with easy access by train. Perfect for an airport stay and in an interesting local area with good dining options. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed. Very quiet for a good nights sleep and an excellent roof too onsen."

Just need a place for a few hours.

"I was in a position where my flight was departing at 00:40, and i didn't want to hang about an airport for 4 or 5 hrs with no place to relax. Overall very good experience. Choice of to types of pods, first class and business class pod. First class is good as you can keep your luggage with you and the bed is slightly bigger. Perfect for any last mine luggage organisation. Food and drink are not to be consumed in the pods, there is a small communal area for that. One factory to consider is Check-in time 5pm, Check-out 10am. I believe there are rates for short stays. Departing on the curtesy of your fellow travellers but noise can be a problem. Plenty of free amenities available at the from desk. If l was in a similar situation i would definitely stay here again. There is a different section for men and women, not sure if couple have opinions. Thank you First class Cabin"
