"This hotel is a great option. We stayed here before our flight from Gimpo. The room has a washing machine in it and the front desk delivered a drying rack to us. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Our room was huge and the bed was comfy. Lots of dinner options within walking distance and it was a 5 minute taxi ride to the airport in the morning. "

"1. The hotel is near the exit of Bupyeong subway station but Bupyeong subway station is quite complicated (because it was the Transition Hub)and not easy to find the exit. It has nothing to do with the hotel, but the closest exit is from Exit 5, and the hotel is 45° to the right after going up to the pavement level and just walk about 40 meters. If you come out of exit 6, you will need to ask someone or ask “google map” for assistance (but it is still very close and just walk about 80 meters,...

"Omg, we loved our 1 night stay in Urbanstay Chinatown. The view from our 40th floor room was spectacular, and was super comfy. It had everything we needed for our quick stay. This included a place to store our bags for a few hours. Resturants were about 15 min walk. Would certainly recommend a stay here. "

"When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"

Great Stay

"I had a one night stay at the Koreana Hotel. I enjoyed it. Excellent location. The room was very spacious. It is a bit older but high quality and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable. Check in was quick. The gym was very good and had a lot of equipment. The buffet breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. I also had dinner in one of the restaurants on the second floor - Gwanghamun Hansang. The Korean food was excellent as was the service. Very reseanably priced, too. I will stay here again when I am back in Seoul. "

One of the best I’ve ever stayed in

"One of the best hotels stays I’ve ever had. I hardly ever write reviews on here but have made hundreds of hotel stays in various countries and never experienced such good service for such a reasonable price. They gave us absolutely anything we needed, we were travelling with our 8 month old baby and they had gifts ready at check in, and any time we had a turndown service new trinkets would appear in the room to suit what we needed. Hotel itself was excellent, views were very nice, free underground parking was provided for the duration of our stay. Minibar and hotel restaurants were very expensive compared to the local area, but that is to be expected to cater to international business travellers. One final detail that made a big difference to us is that the hotel have a babysitting agency they work with, who can provide in-room babysitting so you can enjoy a parent’s night out. "

"We had such great experiences to stay at this hotel. All staffs were very helpful to answer our questions & fulfill our reasonable requests. I have two constructive suggestions: #1. Expand the laundry room with more washing machines & dryers. #2. Enhance the front desk staffs’ knowledge on hotel tax refund. The hotel will need to provide the tax refund form to get the refund at the airport. However, the staffs only mentioned that the airport staff would have helped without providing me the the hotel stay tax refund form. I failed to get the tax refund at the airport because of this ><."
