"The hotel is next door to the big mall, Central plaza. There are Starbucks, McDonald's,KFC and other street food in the basement and Top supermarket inside the Mall. There are tuk tuk you can catch a ride in front of the Mall. You can ask the hotel to call taxi for you as well."

A big customer service disappointment.
"At first glance I really expected this hotel to deserve a 4/5 rating from me - but unfortunately customer service almost ruined it all.
