"Clean hotel in close proximity to bars, restaurants, and shopping malls. There is free parking and a valet service. Front desk was understaffed, but were able to quickly assist guests in spite of hosting a wedding. The surrounding area is nice, wasn’t worried about crime or vagrants. The neighborhood was quiet even though there are bars and restaurants in close proximity. I’m familiar with this area, so I knew that beforehand."

"From the moment we walked in Evan at the counter was so friendly. Nothing was ever a problem with any of the staff, breakfast was always pretty good. My daughter who loves reading only had an old docket as a bookmark when Tyrone was servicing our room he left a lovely note for her with a bookmark which she was pretty stoked about. We stayed in 4 Springhill suites on our trip to the USA and this one by far was our favourite so thank you for making our last week in the States comfortable. "
