"The ala carte restaurants were good, they give us a room where you had to walk up stairs for the last floor, my wife has a really hard time with stairs and can barely walk up the stairs, we asked if we could get a different room with no stairs, 2 days in a row we asked, and they didn’t seem concerned at all, people were coming and going every day, something could have been done, we finally gave up and decided we won’t stay there again "
