"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. "The location is right outside of the train/subway station, easy to visit the city and get on the speed train. Hotel is clean. Some staffs are very helpful. I asked for a receipt, the front desk check out tells me that she can't give me one, because I paid online. When we call some phone buttons for service, no one answers."
