" An Impeccable Stay at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi – Truly Exceptional! Our experience at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything was immaculate. The staff across all departments—lobby, reception, restaurant, security, and housekeeping—were exceptional. Each one greeted us with a warm “Namaste,” always wearing a smile and making us feel genuinely welcome with their top-tier hospitality. A special touch that made our stay even more memorable was the complimentary airport service. Additionally, as it was my wife’s birthday and our wedding anniversary, the hotel went above and beyond to make the occasion special. They surprised her with beautiful flowers and even upgraded our room, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. The hotel itself is luxurious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a peaceful retreat. However, one minor downside is its location—it is close to the airport but quite far from the city center, with no major shopping areas nearby. Traveling to historical sites and main attractions in Delhi can be time-consuming. It would be the icing on the cake if the hotel provided a free shuttle service for sightseeing, making it more convenient for guests who wish to explore the city. Most importantly, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to each and every member of the staff at JW Marriott AeroCity Delhi. We have a few names in mind, but don’t want to miss any one out. "Our stay was very nice. There was complimentary breakfast to go when we were up and leaving at 6:45. The buffet restaurant was open till 11:30pm. There was quite a bit of traffic outside but we couldn’t hear any of it. It did delay our driver once. Overall we would stay again!"

"Perfect place to stay if you have an over night layover, you never leave the airport. This is how it worked for us: we had a domestic flight from BOM to DEL which arrived at 8pm and our international flight on a different airline did not leave until 7:50 the next morning so there was no way to check our bags. No worries! We arrived at terminal 3, collected our bags and exited the baggage claim area and turned left and followed the signs to domestic transfers (do not go outside). Right past the domestic transfers sign are booths, one was for the hotel. They had a list of all the guests staying at the hotel and they then walked you and your bags through the initial security checks, through private areas and to the hotel. All you had to do was present your passport and PRINTED copy of your boarding pass (We had our hotel in BOM print it for us). We kept all our bags in our room. The next morning an associate escorted us and our bags up to the check in counter and stayed with us until the bags were checked in. He then showed us which line to stand in to get through security. I think there are two entrances or maybe even two hotels in the airport. Our entrance was on the domestic side of terminal 3 to the far left of the check in hall. If your luggage does not need to be checked I think you can just go through to international connections and the entrance to the hotel is in the secure area right by the Encalm lounge. They were so great!"
