"Large luxury hotel with beautiful grounds and swimming pools. Outstanding breakfast buffet with everything you could possibly need and more. The hotel is some distance from the Koutoubia mosque and the main square - about 30 mins brisk walk. There are plenty of taxis available nearby though. One issue is that the reception desk was not properly operating on several occasions despite several desks but only two staff on duty. This caused some frustration and delay to some customers. ...

"This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The pool was often quiet with only ourselves there. It is smaller than the images suggest and only has 1 step which is steep making it difficult to get out. The sunloungers are close to the ground but comfy enough. The hotel provides pool towels. "The Valentines dinner was amazing. The ambiance that was created was above par. The staff at the front desk was helpful and polite. The facilities were nice. Loved the ability to walk to the beach from the hotel within a minute. I missed the notification that the Spa was under construction but the front desk did provide advice for alternative spas and discounts for services at the new place. "

"From the moment we arrived at Eden Andalou we could not have felt MORE welcome. The reception staff were amazingly helpful and they changed our rooms immediately for us. ( as there was a slight mix up with room type) . The rooms are very spacious, spotlessly clean with enormous comfortable beds so we had no complaints at all.
