"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"It is definitely one of the great resorts in Jeju, especially if you are traveling with kids. They have 6 themed kids' rooms: pirate, hot air balloon, and spaceship. Luckily, we were able to get the pirate room, as my kid wished, with their help. The room condition is nearly brand new, with separate areas for parents and kids, and a spacious patio with waterfalls that made our vacation relaxing. "This was a really great place, with a very comfortable room which had a small working kitchen. It is next to a swimming area, and has a washing machine that guests can use (may have to wait for others). My room was overlooking the rubbish area so I got woken up each 6amish by the rubbish truck, but I really didn't mind given the quality of the room. The receptionist only spoke Korean, but was very helpful anyway. There is a 24 hour convenience store, along with a couple of nearby food options."
