"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"I took my Mom to One Ocean Resort and Spa to celebrate her 88th birthday. She had an awesome time! The food at the restaurant was soooo good! Her spa treatment was amazing! She says it’s her best birthday celebration ever! A big thank you to the entire staff for making my mom’s birthday an unforgettable one! ❤️"

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "
