"The hotel was great. I enjoyed staying there. They offer nice breakfast buffets. The pool and sauna access cost 3300 yen, maybe it could be better if that is included. The area around the hotel also good, many malls and restaurants. For the pool, I thought it should be better if they can serve drinks or beverage such as a cup of coffee there. "

"We have stayed at many luxury properties, and this is easily one of the best. They have literally thought of everything, it’s hard to describe. As a tiny example, the amenities for taking a bath are two types of bath oils and bubble bath. I know someone would prepare it for you, if you asked. Nothing has been overlooked. The rooms are extremely large and well-designed. We had a beautiful view overlooking the bay and Ferris wheel. The only downside is that it’s a bit of a walk to the train and to...

"I like everything. The staff are very professional. They are very approachable, polite and kind. They are very organize. The facilities are very clean and high technology. Everything I need in the room is there.The food is excellent. There are so many options, specially the breakfast buffet. I absolutely recommend it. "Beautiful room, very comfortable and clean. Service is wonderful and the location is perfectly placed in the middle of it all just down from Yokohama Station. Check-in was easy and I was in my room in less than 10 minutes after I walked through the door. Amenities are fabulous: they have everything you’d need besides your clothes. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m back in Yokohama this summer. "

"I would definitely recommend this hotel. The price you can’t beat. Many free options if you forgot a toiletry. First off the staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Many options. The 3 bed room was spacious and the hotel lobby and foyer were quite big too. It’s quiet. There are shops and bakery across the street. Amazing location about 3 min walk to Train station. I was in Japan for 2 weeks, traveling throughout and definitely 5stars. "
