"While I love staying at this hotel, I did find a used tissue near my bed on the first night of my stay. But other than that, I feel like this is definitely a hotel I'll stay at when I visit Yokohama next time. Wonderful staff, super convenient location and I love the bed light that helps me fall asleep after an exhausting day. "

"I have no claims during my stay but the only one thing that I may be able to say is that the remote control system of TV did not work as usual, which means too slow when transferring an order such as an alphabet for searching the title on Youtube, changing from TV to others on home menu. At the end of day, I gave up to play. Regards and thanks for your hospitality,"

"The place was excellent, and the front desk staff very helpful! My only complaint is that no towels or wash cloths were apparently provided, but I did bring my own, so there were no problems. I would stay at this place again next time I am in Tokyo!"

"We had an excellent time. Everything around the property is very nice. The amenities and staff are all amazing. Traveling with a small child and sharing space can be difficult but we felt comfortable and accommodated the whole time. There’s lots to do in this area and it’s very clean and safe.
