"The hotel stay was fine. I was not expecting anything that would be rated a five star. We decided to stay an extra night which was ok with the front desk personale. On the day of check out is when I had a problem. I went to pay with a credit card and the front desk personale gave me problems saying cash only. Now, I find this very strange because this is a "hotel" and not some other type of cash buissness. After a few dirty looks from the old lady I finally gave in. When returning back from the...

"Buona la posizione nonché il servizio transfert dal quale abbiamo anche noleggiato uno scooter. Il dammuso in cui alloggiavamo era piccolino ma essenziale, arredamento un po’ spartano. Siamo stati una settimana ma abbiamo avuto il cambio asciugamani solo una volta. In più abbiamo avuto purtroppo il problema formìche nonostante avessimo cura di non mangiare in stanza e pulire ogni giorno almeno a terra."

"Had a lovely 8 days at the Del Sole last week. We wanted to spend some quality time. The location was good enough, walking distance to a lovely beach and restaurants. We had half board, food was delicious !!! We really enjoyed the beautiful Island which was occupied for almost 98% of Italians."

It's conveniently located within easy walking distance of the old port and restaurants by the harbor as well as a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian street Via Roma with all of its shops and restaurants. Some of the guestrooms have a small balcony with a view of the harbor. The shower has soothing mood lighting that changes colors. Posizione eccellente, alla fine di via Roma, vicino a tutto: supermercato, negozi, farmacia e ai porti (nuovo e vecchio), quindi comodo sia per le gite in barca che per prendere l'aliscafo che ti porta a Linosa. Poco distante da Piazza Brignano dove c'è il capolinea degli autobus che ti portano alle varie spiagge e al bus che ti fa fare il giro dell'isola. Personale gentilissimo."
