"Nice modern clean apartment with partial sea view from living room and bedroom. Stayed on 5th floor and had no issue with noise. There are 2 apartments per floor. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is not associated with the apartments. It was quiet. Access is via keypad beside entrance. Code provided on day of arrival. Had requested earlier access if possible but not given until allocated check in at 3pm. Stayed 4 night, cleaning service provided mid stay. Nice small rooftop...

"Fit out, style and size of the apartment were excellent and a good location on the water in Arrecife. There were a few things I felt were missing given this markets itself as a "boutique" apartment. There was only one mug and only 1 towel each, there was no soap or towel in the second bathroom. I didn't get any check in instructions and had to chase these but even when I got them they were very short and didn't really say anything about the apartment or facilities. "Central location, with beach nearby and easy access to cafes/bars/restaurants. Swimming pool small & not many sunbeds around it, always reserved by towels first thing in morning. Apartments basic but have all you need, bring own hair dryer or you can hire from reception. Safe available to hire €2.50 a day. Cleanliness is to a high standard! Staff are very friendly and work hard. If poor mobility request ground floor, as lots of steps up to first floor apartments."
