"Really enjoyed my stay - booked very last minute for a solo 5 night trip. Room was great, spacious, nice view of pool / palm trees. Bar service and food was surprisingly great - I did the all inclusive option and didn't regret it. I actually enjoyed the food at the main restaurant more than the fancier restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful - shout out to Hernando & Eduardo ! Really had a great time - the whole island is fun and safe to explore, and you can rent a golf cart right from the hotel, although it costs more than if you get it downtown, but I appreciated the convenience of it. "

"We went to every restaurant and the food was very good as well as the buffet. All the staff were very kind and courteous. We made sure to tip the servers and staff that worked hard to keep the facilities clean. Hopefully other people tip the staff that keep the facilities clean. They work extremely hard all day keeping the facilities very clean. I noticed the bartenders make way more tips than others. So we made sure to tip the other staff. We had a great overall experience and would probably return. "

"Super nice resort, great for family and adults (mature adults). Clean, neat, organized, amazing structure and decoration. Dining options are great. Kids activities are decent - I travelled with my 2 kids but personally didn't use the kids club. Kids love the kids pool. Staff are very warm and welcoming. Our only bad experience was the internet connection - it was terrible!!"
