"I LOVE the hotel! I travel for business and when the Marriott’s are sold out I ask my company to please put me at The Atrium! Great location and CHARMING GEM OF A HOTEL! Each room is appointed with art that has inspiring messages, and the balconies overlooking the beautiful pool are my favorite! They have more updated rooms which I really like but even the older style room is Safe, Comfy and well appointed. Outside rooms look into parking lot but they also have nice trees and skyline. "I love staying at this particular La Quinta. The uniqueness of the rooms that were once grain silos is fascinating. Although it is fairly close to a busy freeway, you are not bothered with traffic noise. The interesting old buildings in the same parking lot are from a different era and are quite nice to explore. Adding a close by side trip to visit the Irvine estate home (now a public library) and grounds is worth the timevas well."
