"Excellent location right across from Nagasaki Station. Even though it was in a busy area, the soundproofing in the room was very good and we could not hear anything from outside. The interior looked quite new and well maintained. I was impressed considering how inexpensive the room was. The free amenity room was also a nice bonus, with different choices for pillows (e.g. memory foam, feather) and other furnishings that guests can take to their rooms."

"We stayed in a few hotels in Japan. This one had (by far) the most character, being in a historic part of Nagasaki which is in itself quite an interesting and historic city. The room was fine, the breakfast excellent. The staff friendly. I recommend to take the breakfast [as its very nice] but only if you have a bit of time to spare as it can get overcrowded in the breakfast room."

"Love the location....just across JR station. Near to shopping malls and a lot of eateries around that area. Nice harbour view. Breakfast buffet not bad too....mixture of international and local deli."

"A great stay and great staff! Clean facilities and comfortable room. Only reason for 4 stars is facility and decor is clearly older. Also, I think smoking and nonsmoking rooms are mixed on the same floor; at times it would be really potent in the hallway, but it was fine in my room."
