"Really wonderful hotel and the staff are so attentive, kind and friendly. They make you welcome right from the time you arrive. Rooms were exceptionally clean. We had a wonderful stay and will certainly be returning. "

"Everything was great. Good breakfast, location and comfortable beds. The only feedback is we stayed in room 29 and the door lock was faulty so we had to put the chair against our door and leave it unlocked all night. We was only staying 1 night so it wasn't a huge deal."

"Beautiful garden room, very friendly staff beautiful surroundings and close to city centre. Restaurant was lovely, we had a slight issue with our mains but we're offered a dessert on the house to make up for it. Can't fault the place and will definitely be booking a return visit. We had a lovely but noisy dog in the room next to us but could only hear her barking when on the patio. No noise when in the room."

"Not enough parking space for late arrivals. Unfortunately this is something out with the hotel’s responsibility always book this hotel when up in Inverness. "

"Overall we had a good stay there. The hotel's decorations are classy. There was a free pool table and flavored water, nearby restaurants, cafes and malls (including East Gate and Victorian Market) etc. Issues- - the toilet could and did flood because of the design of the shower - shower head was leaking - the mattress was a bit soft for my liking - our personal bottle of hair conditioner was removed from the toilet (returned after asking) - pillows promised were not provided until we asked...
