"Great location near Sheung Wan station, with helpful staff. No problems with the stay itself. However, there was a small issue with the booking, in that the Hotels.com app allowed us to book a room for 3, even though the room only had 2 single beds and the Hotel's policy is not to provide roll-away beds. They did on this occasion after some negotiation. If booking for 3 be aware."

"Decent stay, typical room size for HK so no complains. Location is convenient near Sheung Wan MTR station. I’d suggest taking taxi to hotel from airport express station or airport as HK generally is hilly, however doable from train station (though train station has plenty of stairs). Check out is at 11am, however counter staff are helpful and may extend if required. Overall no complains, will stay here again if in HK"
