"The staff was helpful but the facility sucks. These were touted as luxury tents with attached toilet and bath. The toilet was non-functional. Right there this facility can only get a 0 on any rating scale from me. The linen was old and had not been changed. Imagine sleeping in a luxury tent on linen that has not been replaced. "The tents were terible there was no cleanliness and it was not near to the photo given on app. We did not stay even there. The hotel manager was rude over the phone when i told to cancel the booking and did not return the advance given."

"The property is slightly out side of the main road where most of the resorts are located. The camp in general was good. I understand it was a desert tent but the bedding cleanliness could be very much improved. The bathroom was well maintained and clean. The food was average and the cleanliness in the kitchen could be improved as well. Also, explore your options of hiring your own jeep or camel. "
