"It was initially hard to find, but that made it quiet. The staff was nice but the housekeeping really stood out. They were really on the ball and friendly. The rooms were dark, which is okay as we needed sleep, but a bit outdated. It was nice having a washing machine. "

"I had a wonderful stay at ALA Hotel Kyoto! The location is extremely convenient — it’s just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of great eateries. Having a convenience store right across the street was also super handy. One of the highlights of my stay was the onsen within the hotel — it was clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto and would love to stay here again!"
