"We had a bachelorette party and the staff went above and beyond in every possible way, especially Josh at the front desk. Our bride to be arrived after the welcome champagne had finished by a little bit so Josh brought us champagne for our group of five upon her arrival. Then he made sure we had all the champagne flutes we needed and a refrigerator for our champagne and caviar to keep celebrating in the room as we got ready for dinner. "

"My daughter and I booked a one night stay at this amazing hotel and it was absolutely beautiful and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a family member passing away and they were so kind and understanding and Jermaine who works in Valet was absolutely wonderful and so sweet. His kindness touched my heart. I highly recommend the Waldorf Astoria Buckhead. "

"This is a location walkable to both the Lenox Mall and Phipps Plaza. Front desk staff are very pleasant and professional. The rooms are comfortable, nice, and clean. I realize that this was Valentine's weekend, and the hotel may not otherwise be as busy with wedding guests and dance contestants, but the dining area and the bar area were too crowded to accommodate even the hotel guests. "Overall my stay was 9.5/10. Suite was impeccably clean and felt very modern. My only minor issues were that the mattress was not firm enough and the parking is abit awkward. Upon arrival, no parking attendants could be found to assist with valet parking. A departing guest took the time to explain the parking situation. But overall all, our stay was wonderful and we plan to stay again in the coming months."
