"Aside from one rude attendant. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. Exterior entry’s and lobby very clean. The exterior of the building may require a facelift. It’s showing its age. Location was good. The beach restaurant doesn’t look like the photographs and charge for day beds even if you are staying at the hotel. "

"The best hotel we have ever stayed.All the staff do an excellent job to keep guests happy.We were offered to upgrade our room.Our 6 year old enjoyed her time at the kids club while we could take our time to go shopping and explore the city.The room always was well cleaned.The food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing."

"great location, half way between beach and train station, 5 mins each way. street has some good bars, not rip off prices by the sea. close to great thai - Chai Dee, just be sure to book a table as busy spot and if i hadn't, 10 days out, we would have had an his wait at 8pm. "A hidden gem in the heart of Cannes, thank you to all the staff. Great service, decent room and perfect breakfast. It was raining most of the week I was in Cannes, the hotel had gone as far as to leave a fold up umbrella on the bed when I arrived. "Very basic - no microwave fridge or coffeemaker - but it’s clean and close to restaurants and shopping area Also it’s only a 2-3 min walk to the train station You have to use the stairs to get to the bottom floor No elevator . So if you can’t walk at least a flight of stairs , go somewhere else "

"The location was very convenient, takes about 10 min to the the luxurious street and the beach. A large super market sits conveniently right next to it. You can purchase almost everything you need includes wonderful wine. The staff were kind and helpful. I wonder why this hotel is rated low eights. It's a four star hotel and really was. Beautifully decorated, nice b/f. Strongly recommend!"
