"The staff were so incredible! I landed really early in the morning way before check-in and they held my bag for me. I completely forgot that the charging outlets were different than north american chargers. The reception desk had a whole box of different adapters that savedddd me. Considering it was Easter weekend and everything was closed at that time, they made my trip so much easier. My flight was super late leaving and I still wanted to explore the city and they held my bag again! Incredible staff so wonderful!"
