"We had a room on the main floor and the hallway smelled a little funny. But overall, the staff and the facility was fantastic!"

"Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast, coffee terrible. Was really annoying that i couldn't get an answer to wether or not i could get a later checkout time. I finally got an answer when i packed up all my stuff in the morning. Was there for a sporting event and would have preferred to pack up after the morning game. Was hard to plan the day since the hotel wouldn't give me an answer until the morning. Would be better if i could get an snswer the night before. "

"The property is located in a busy mall area. There is a Chinese restaurant attached. Other reviews mentioned homeless, I did see them at the Tim Hortons across the parking lot (Shell gas station & Tim Hortons are side by side). I had no interaction with them. Front desk locks doors at night for safety which is an added bonus. Overall good stay. Room was a little dirty when we got in (bathroom dirty, hair on bed) but the housekeeper cleaned it up right away when notified. Front desk super...

"Nice convenient place to stay if your attending a venue at the casino"

"So the hotel is failry nice probably the worst pillows ive ever seen in my entire life actually had to go and buy my own pillows they were so bad. Service wasn't the greatest but not horrible its not a busy hotel so thats nice. Worst thing about our room was the tv didnt work. Free breakfast is nice but dont expect to much. Room was nice and big and clean however."

"Really good stay, nice spacious room. Staff were really good, great cookies! Nice and close to Roger’s. We had oversized truck so couldn’t park underground, parked in adjacent parking lot instead. The parking pay app wasn’t working so got a $90 ticket."
