"When we got there the lobby stunk really bad of old cigarrette smell and when he opened office door it was worse. They live there and must chain smoke. The hall leading to rooms stunk badly of cigerrettes smelleven thou non smoking the air in hall only worked on low and they shut the other air unit so at 115 and 117 it was miserably hot, and the air in our room only worked on low. "So worth going a little off the beaten path. Comfortable, clean, friendly, rv parking, pet friendly and my daughter and I felt safe there. Grounds are lit, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was so good. Owners are so friendly. For the amazing price my expectations were low so I was extremely happy. Highly recommend from one that travels frequently. Will absolutely stay there again when heading anywhere nearby!!! Ty!!! "

"Staff are very friendly and helpful, in fact, amazing! Even the housekeeper greeted us. I would suggest getting a room on the front side of the hotel as trains run all night and the tracks can be seen from rooms in the back of the hotel. The room walls are thin, our neighbors were not loud but conversations and the TV can be overheard. This may be due to the option of adjoining rooms. Needles is a small town but overall our stay was nice."
