"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. There was purple cleaning fluid on the bathroom floor, the bathmat was absolutely filthy and the bedsheets were laundered but had stains on them. I had to ask twice to have the towels changed. "The breakfast buffet was pretty good, and the pool looked cool. Besides that, the rest of the hotel was only ok. There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...
