"Everything at the hotel was amazing!!! We were a 4 minute walk to the train station. The only negative I have was that it was an hour train ride to Shabuya. There were restaurants and markets near the hotel which was very convenient as well. We enjoyed our stay here."

"We stayed in a 2-bed room for 10 nights. You should expect the bathroom to be small, but it has everything we needed. The hotel has a common area kitchen, which we didn't use much, but also the room itself had a little fridge and a table. There is a laundromat literally across the street if you need to do laundry. The staff was SO nice the entire time!!! We really enjoyed our stay here while in Japan!"

"This get the good done for people who want to explore japan. Being a walk from the station and next to a Lawson is a plus. The stair are steap so being luggage up and down can be a pain."

"Helpful staff, clean facility and good effort trying to be sustainable by giving guests the choice of having the room cleaned or a cash back (500 JPY coupon) without the cleaning service. If you didn't have the cleaning service, you could ask for new towels. I love the communal bath on the top floor as well and on the in-room TV screen, we can see how busy the bath is. Very convenient!"

"like how close the property to the JR/subway line. Also, you will hear the train coming. but once the door/veranda doors are closed, its quiet. The space is a good size for a room in tokyo. 4 of us fit in the space quite comfortably! Also, the hosts are nice and approachable! will be back again!"

Wish it was everywhere.

"Good room, great bed, good view, clean washroom, great mini hot spring, the gym was very basic but had everything you needed. Even had a viewing deck. Just well put together. Laundry and restaurant on site. Only thing to consider is maybe the train might annoy some. We were on floor 7."

"Hotel was overall pretty clean. Could’ve used one last quick vacuuming prior to our check in. Kitchen was great and made it easy to save money on eating out. Fridge was nice and cold and freezer made it easy to keep treats frozen. Microwave made it easy to warm up instant rice. I also emailed the hotel 1 month prior to check in as I wanted to have packages delivered there to be held for when I arrive and they graciously allowed me to do so. Only downside was having to walk up a flight of stairs as our room was on the second floor and the elevators only appeared to stop on 3rd floor and above. Overall, the area is great, there’s multiple konbinis within walking distance, with a 711 being directly across the street. Machiya train station is about a 4 minute walk and there are numerous grocery stores within walking distance as well."

"I like that the hotel was exactly as advertised. Staff were friendly even with me coming and going all the time. It was in a nice area easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to the train station. Excellent shopping and food options. ATM very nice at 7-11. Second hand store up the street was excellent . 10/10 would stay again"
