"We just stayed for 2 nights in a car enero 1 bedroom.. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint is that they only give you coffee for one night and the bars of soap are really tiny. The condo is centrally located, so it’s easy to get around."

"Staff was very helpful the only issue is down town buisnesses shut down after 5pm and tbere are alot of homlessness "

"Communication was so easy and great! The unit is very nice and modern. The building is an only building but you don’t feel it in the unit. Very convenient, the security is downstairs all time, the beach is right there. I will stay here again next time when I travel to Hawaii. "

"The only issue during our stay was the construction on the 16 floor. Caused for earlier rising than wanted some days . The beach umbrella was rusted and dangerously broken. Beautiful view Would stay again due to convenience of location. "

"It was quiet and the studio was clean with a deck overlooking the beach. Waikiki Beach was right outside our room with chairs and umbrella to relax and only steps away from the water. There were several restaurants nearby to choose from and shopping centers near by. If we needed anything for our room, a young gentleman named Joseph brought it to our room. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!"

"Enjoyed my stay! My only complaint is that more towels should provided for no cost. 1 wash towel and 1 dry towel is needed for however many days a guest is staying."

"Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"My wife and I really enjoyed our first visit to Hawaii and first stay in a Hyatt hotel. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel was on a large property with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Amenities were excellent. One great amenity was that we could check out towels and beach chairs and take to the beach which was just across the street from hotel. Very nice beach, great location. Hotel, bar, pool aand housekeeping staff were excellent. And on our travel day, we were given a hospitality room to change and relax before our late nite flight. Thank you Hyatt Regency! My only hope is to get a high floor room during our next visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to return. Mahalo!"

"The Hotel is Good! Just the carpet is a little outdated but everything else is wonderful. The staff is great. The food at Duke was great and everything is around the property. You really don’t have to leave off around the area unless you want to. The parking who are the people who stayed there is $60 a night. So if you got the money go for it, but otherwise everything is top-tier!! "
