"It's nice for the staff to upgrade us from city view to sea view. The room has her age shown and she had been through alot. Sound proof can be better, bathroom amenities can be upgraded to bidet spray if management want to save the environment. Nice to equip smart tv with network. Overall experience quite okay and we managed to catch our sleep."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Harbour Plaza North Point. Even though it’s slightly further from the focal attraction of the city (7 MTR stations from Central, 5 from Causeway Bay), we appreciate its cleanliness and the view from our side harbor view room. Our room was spotless clean everyday and the staff in the lobby was helpful and efficient. Highly recommended for the price and quality of service!"
