"Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms although very small. We asked for a twin room after friends warned us that the Double Room is very small. Ensuit bathroom is a partitioned room using transparent plastic panels. When light is turned on at night it lights up the bedroom which is not ideal for other occupant who is asleep. No restaurant facilities for breakfast. Only lunch and dinner. We did not mind as there was an excellent Cafe within walking distance. "

"This gorgeous, modern hotel is right in the heart of one of the busiest areas of Hong Kong, but it still manages to provide a comfortable, quiet space for guests to relax in. Just off Austin Road, this hotel is modern, with rooms featuring a giant bathroom and sizeable sleeping quarters. "rooms are huge based on hk standards, and the harbour view is really worth the price! love love love the bathroom and amenities, and special thanks to the friendly housekeepers who cleaned the room very well. only feedback would be the pillows and bed are a bit too soft. the gym is well-equipped and clean, and the person-in-charge (or trainer?) in the gym was so kind. very lovely stay overall, would definitely book again. "Located in the 11th floor, via the elevator close to Jordan Station. We checked in around midnight, and had to buzz in the receptionist as instructed. She looked sleepy but still managed to be impressively most professional, as she informed me of all the available facilities and functions of the room, like wi-fi, drinkable water, washing machine down the hall, etc. The twin room was a bit small and the toilet and shower aren't separated by a tub, but was still more than a perfect fit for two...
