"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and facilities were clean. However, the condition of facilities appeared to be getting "tired." The king bed and pillows were only moderately comfortable (I would have much rather slept on my bed at home). The wall thermostat was decommissioned. Items like the faucet and toilet were installed at an angle. The pool and hot tub were older and were lacking any luster. Etc."
