"Check in is slow and understaffed. Dont use the sofa bed as an option for anyone to sleep on....cant expect a dog to sleep on it. Getting a blanket and pillow because there were none in closet was a project. Kids love it here but from a value and service perspective, not so much"

Vacation time!
"Honestly one night stay everything was excellent until toilet was backed up and no one came to fix. We had to use hallway bathroom until check out time. Also way to many children in the pool without enough adult supervision."
