"The property was a little further from the station than I thought. Initially when we checked into the hotel, there were hair on the desk as well as in the shower. The room was cozy enough for 2 people. The shower in the roomis not good. You have to open the shower every couple minutes to let the steam out or you’ll have a hard time breathing. It wasn’t a problem for me because I used the public hot bath on the basement floor but it was challenging for my son who didn’t want to use the public bath. The laundry room has 3 washer/dryer with automatic detergent so you don’t have to bring your own. At night, the washer/dryer is busy so I used it early morning. Overall, it’s was a 3 star experience but with the price, it’s satisfactory. "

"The hotel is in a great location very close to Sapporo station and within walking distance of all of the key sights. Our room was small but very modern and clean. The hotel offers a welcome drink (wine or sake) once during a stay, which was a nice feature. We would certainly stay here again. "
