The owner's family helped me get one - they invited me to sit down with them, offered me something to drink while i waited (it was a VERY hot day). "Das Hotel hat einen deutlichen Renovierungsrückstau. Ausgerissene Sonnensegel, abgeplatzte Fliesen im Poolbereich. Die Küche war nur mäßig. Die Straße ist sehr laut, wenn man im Sommer das Fenster geöffnet lassen möchte. Wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer seitlich zur Straße hin. Zum Tal ausgerichtet kann dies leiser sein. "

I would have given a 5 star review, but there were no drinking glasses, the dishwasher had the last persons dishes in it, and there was only a 2/3 roll of toilet paper. I'd also suggest they provide a couple of laundry detergent pods as there is a convenient laundry on the ground floor."

"Check in was fine and the rep at the desk was friendly. The next day was not the same. The rep was rude and totally unhelpful. She treated us like we were a burden, and couldn’t be bothered to make more than one call to get a cab. She said “there are no cabs, sorry” and handed me a phone number and told me “good luck”. I went outside and spoke to a cab driver and got a ride in 5 min. "

Location is phenomenal -right in the old town..Steps away from Irish pub and other places..Staff is great and very friendly..Lady at the front dask-Federike- very kind and helpful. Only problem is Parking..There is almost No parking on the property..Only 5 park spaces and its extra 15 euro per night..I got an ticket 55 euros for parking on the street in the back of the property.. Other than that great 10 days stay"
