"This is the best Sonder property we've ever stayed at!! The location is perfect for Chicago. We had a few different questions during our stay and we always received immediate and thorough answers by using the chat button in the app. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean. Room freshly renovated. Very quiet. Small kitchen with table, small living room. These are duplexes with a little courtyard with tables and chairs. Could be a great home base for an extended stay. Check in easy and girl at the counter very friendly. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the location in River North with shops around plenty of nice restaurants. Walkable and good buses around. Apartment was very nice, we were 5 adults. A bit noisy because of bar nearby ( it depends of your tolerance to noise. Some of us were disturbed some heard nothing). We enjoyed our stay !"

"About 50 minutes from ORD (including a half mile walk from Clark/Lake station). Centrally located for seeing downtown Chicago. Room is modern, simple and an efficient use of space. The technology integration is an interesting feature allowing guests to experience a bit of smart stay (blinds, curtains, lights, and TV all controlled from a UI on an iPad mini in the room. Check In/Out was mostly self-service with a front desk staff there to assist if there were any issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Citizen M."

"I've stayed in many different hotels in downtown Chicago over many years and this hotel is simply put, great. The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff super nice. The breakfast was fantastic as well. "

Business trip.

"The hotel is next to the main river that runs through Chicago. Great location. Loads of shops and eating places nearby. If you come in from the airport on the blue line, 10 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi can take 30 mins to one hour depending on the time of day and traffic. My room was 1101. Very quiet and looked out on the water front. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. "
