"The Hotel Gunter is a very charming hotel, with beautiful lobby area and unique details in the halls, etc. The hotel restaurant and basement speakeasy are both very good, the staff is helpful, and there are interesting historic features and displays. It needs a bit of TLC in the guest rooms, but they are still quite comfortable, fairly spacious, a good value. Located in a walkable downtown, with free parking behind the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel. Hard to find, not good signage but we arrived in dark. Wish it had a hot tub after our long trip. Check in was awesome and all staff was fantastic!!! Beds were super comfy and showers were so nice. "
