Patrick, at the desk, was friendly and super helpful. The room was cozy and pretty, rhe bed was so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"This hotel was in a perfect location! The complimentary drinks in the room were great. My only complaints were missing our room getting cleaned everyday. The housekeeping staff would be at our room around 9am. I wish they would have come a little later so we would at least have fresh towels each day without having to hunt them down. Also the fridge wasn't very cold so the drinks were basically room temp. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great! "

"Convenient location. Wide variety of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Parking garage across the street was great to not haul luggage long distances. Hotel was dated, but clean. Excellent service from the staff. Only criticism I had was the room thermostat. You couldn’t set a specific temperature. Either the room was freezing cold or very hot. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to switch from one extreme to the other. "

"Nice hotel on the edge of the historic district. Easy walk to shopping, dining and the River Walk. Friendly staff and very pet friendly hotel makes this a great choice for everyone and people traveling with pets in particular. This is a repeat visit for us."

"We liked everything but the valet "only", off site parking, which wasn't mentioned in the hotel listing. The valet service was quick andthe personnel were pleasant. It was just the surprise of an unexpected cost and not knowing where to go if you needed something from the car. We would stay there again, because now we are aware of that added expense and inconvenience."

"I can't say enough about this property. We will NEVER stay anywhere else Savannah, and we have stayed at several luxury resorts. The front desk was top notch, the valet was excellent, the rooftop bars and restaurants were off the chains and the most comfortable beds and rooms are right here. We LOVED our stay!"
