"Overall the property is good, spacious room and beds, surprised to have a washing machine in room. Walking distance to convenient store, restaurants and Hakata Station. There are 2 things to improve: Incorrect entrance code, there’s no A in the code to key; The electricity supply is not working on the right side bed. Except these, it’s a very good property to stay."

"Nice room! Very clean and a good size. You had to go and get tableware (glasses, plates, cutlery etc.) and an iron from reception as they were not already in the room, but all were available. Overall a very nice stay!"

"Large Room with a balcony. Apartment style rooms with kitchen/laundry appliances available. Only stayed for 1 night, very spacious room. Self Check can be tricky, check your email the day before check in for instructions. Check in tablet has very small button for changing language, lucky another guest helped us check in. "

"家族旅行でしたが、キャナルシティのすぐそばで、駐車場は目の前にも、他にも近くにたくさんありますが、2日間停めっぱなしで2200円くらいと安く、ホテル目の前なので、子供も小さいので荷物たくさんでしたが、すぐに運べるので助かります。　お部屋の造りも抜群に良いです。窓やテラスやベランダまであり、角部屋でしたが、テラスからは、キャナルシティや、川や、夜景がかなり綺麗で、素晴らしかったです！！　最高に良いお部屋でした！　あと、調理器具が抜群に、全部あります！　品揃えが良いので、近くに歩いたらイオン系列のスーパーもあるので、便利です。24時間です。あと、テレビは、色々見れて、小さい子供も大人も、色々見れるので、良いです！お部屋にずーっといても楽しめるし、天神でもどこでも歩いても行けるし、最高な立地です！！絶対また宿泊したいです！！　素晴らしい！！　お部屋もすごく綺麗です！！　本当、ずーっと住みたいくらい、素晴らしいお部屋でした！！最高⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎⭐︎"

"숙소위치는 철길 옆이나 소음이 심하지 않다. 전반적인 숙소의 상태는 양호 했으나, 세탁기는 점검이 되지 않았으며, 거름망에 먼지가 정말 매우 많아 세탁기 사용 자체에 대한 의미를 모르겠다. 일반적인 호텔과 차별점이 세탁이 가능하다 인데 그 의미가 없었다."

"Good location, check-in easy. I would not rely on the ‘sofa bed’ when booking. It wasn’t suitable for sleeping on. When we raised this management they found a solution that worked for us. Thank you for sorting things out for us."

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

"The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. The floors were covered in hair and dust, the washer was unclean, and the table hadn’t been wiped down. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, especially since the place itself is nice. I was asked to email them with pictures, but the owner didn’t offer a new place and mentioned that the cleaner wasn’t available at...

"Room is a good size for family of four. Kitchen counter is a bit dusty this can be improved. No parking on site but many parking lots nearby. Convenient stores and drugstore nearby. Checkout time is 10am, the staff would knock on your door at 10am and wait for you to leave the room. "

"This hotel was relatively new with rooms that were larger by Japanese standards. We all had comfortable stay in clean rooms. The staff members were super. They were polite, professional and friendly. The location was unbeatable, right in front of Hakata Station. As such, there were plenty of shops and eateries. "

"The staff is so nice and helpful. Helped me to carry all the items to lobby and communicate to the taxi driver. They give a bag of clean towels on the non-cleaning day. The view is fantastic that you can see the city and sea. Close to the main shopping centres and public transport "
