"Great central location. Restaurants, shopping and tram stations all very close by. We walked everywhere. Nice, friendly staff. Can order additional amenities such as coffee pods, bedding, etc easily online and they were delivered to room fairly quickly. Rooms are clean, updated, nice bathroom but the room is small and beds are hard, especially if you’re used to sleeping on any type of mattress topper such as memory foam. "Me and my partner stayed here twice, once in October for our anniversary then again in December. The hotel is amazing and the staff really went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They upgraded us to a suite on our second stay and the room was outstanding with lovely views onto Leidsplein. 5* trip. Massive thanks to Skylar for your service and gift."

"Beautiful hotel, great staff, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and perfect location. For those that want a small town feel…Amsterdam is NOT the place to be. It’s a major city with traffic, noise, trash, construction and people having fun all night. But the Dikker is situated to take it all in…close to the Museum district, great food and shopping and perfect access to the canal boats or strolling up to the Jordan district. The room we had was very clean, the bed very comfortable and a great bathroom. The Staff were amazingly attentive and had advise on anything you wanted to do. Would stay there again in a heart beat. "
