"The room was very clean, staff were amazing in help, however the rooms would improve with update as they are clearly quite old and needs some refresh. The shuttle service from/to the airport is excellent. I recommend if you need to take a flight early in the morning."

"Checkin people were polite and informative. Refrigerator in room was nice to have. Bathroom wasn’t very clean - a couple of hairs on the wall, but it smelled like urine. The bedroom area was clean and comfortable for the price. Location was fantastic. Short walk to beautiful sights, restaurants, and casino"

"Very convenient place to stay and the staff is really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was amazing but pricey. Our room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. We easily moved around the city on trams and buses; get the GVB multi day pass and go anywhere! Loved it. Even extended our stay by a night because the hotel was so excellent."
