"It’s walking distance from Beppu Station. Shopping mall and restaurants are not far from the station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The Kaiseki dinner is a nice experience! It’s highly recommended. "

"A rare find in a sea of regular hotels. The hotel or I should say the guesthouse has only six units for rental. The unit I rented was a two bedroom apt with kitchen and a large living room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The guesthouse is artistically designed and has a warehouse retro look. The ground floor is a cafe and also the check-in area (an email will be sent out on how to check in). There is no onsen onsite but we were offered...

"Great hot springs, 1 Public sharing,g and 8 Private hot springs. No reservation is needed, it's first come first serve. Rooms are super clean, great location right in front of JR Beppu station. Great amenities and breakfast spread. There is nothing short in this hotel, service is great. I always stay Onyado Nono brand and it never disappoints. "

"Hotel was centrally located near the Kanawa Bus Station/Hells Pools/food steam restaurant. 10min walk from the bus station. The hotel was clean & has an onsen! Tatami rooms w/a kitchen, tiny bathroom (ship size). It is an older hotel, but it was perfect for us. The young man running the hotel was so nice and pleasant. "ウェルカムドリンク、ウェルカムフードもあり楽しめました。夕食はワインなども飲み放題で、食事も美味しかったです。周りにはレストランなどが少ないので、此処に泊まるなら食事付きは必修かなと思います。また貸し切り露天風呂があったのも良かったです。別途のマットレスは残念ながら少し薄めで古いタイプのようでした。枕も低くて、横向きで寝ると肩に圧迫感を感じたり、首が少し痛かったりして寝心地はイマイチでした。改善して頂けると良いと思います。ウェルカムドリンクにはコーヒーがありましたが、食事の際にはありませんでした。特に朝食時にはあって欲しかったです。お部屋にもコーヒーが置いて無く、自分たちで持っていたコーヒーがあったので、それを飲むことに。ウェルカムドリンクは午後3時からだったので、朝コーヒーがあったら良かったなと思いました。"

"A bit out of the way, but the room is incredibly beautiful and the staff is so helpful and sweet. The views of Beppu, even from the first floor, are wonderful and the Onsen bath will be everything you hope for. That water comes straight from the natural spring, there is no question about it. A little sulphuric and a lot of heat! Exactly like the Seven Hells that you can’t miss while you’re town. "
