"This stay was okay - the front desk staff were wonderful and the location was why we chose this place- close to Kew Gardens. It did not feel like a 4-star hotel though- more like an upscale hostel. The lightening in the room was too artificial and not warm and did not feel as cozy as other hotels I've been to. Cleanliness was overall pretty good- but some ceiling and room features were dated and some light fixtures need to be fixed. But the room is as described. The bed was comfortable, The TV...
